A true patriot and a man of unwavering conviction, Cap is the definition of integrity. His strength isn’t in his intellect or creativity, but in his sense of duty and responsibility. He will never hesitate to stand up against bullies, tyrants, or anyone who would oppress the downtrodden.
Captain America is the second 6” figure in Hasbro’s Marvel Legends Series and is based on the film version of the character. The figure is packed with a huge amount of accessories including two pairs of hands (fisted, open/grasping and then a saluting right hand with finger pointing left), a removable set of black shoulder straps, an unmasked head that looks incredible and a trusty shield with multiple effects that can be ported on to it- a blue electrical flare, slashing and sparks effect, and three bullet ricochet effects.
As with all Marvel Legends figures, the sculpting is excellent with plenty of folds, flaps, straps and other accouterments that deck out both Cap’s and Peggy’s fatigues and uniforms. There’s also a great level of detail in the sculpting of the hairdos- both Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter have a great sense of realism with the way that their strands are pinned back or falling in curls.
The figure is packaged in a standard Marvel Legends blister card design with a cardboard sleeve that slips over the packaging. This figure was a Walmart exclusive and is part of the 20th Anniversary sub-line that includes other characters like Iron Man, Black Widow and Hulk.
